Responsibilities

• Monitors one section of production and oversees training, quality, productivity and sanitation.
• Oversee the work and performance of the employees in assigned production area.
• Ensure proper use of protective gear and safe operation of machinery.
• Train workers in equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Communicate with Supervisors and lead personnel about problems.
