Trident Seafoods is seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Lead to guide the FSQA Technicians on the production line and ensure QA activities meet HACCP and regulatory standards across processes and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Food Safety QA experience.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• HAACP Certification and leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist FSQA technicians with daily process documentation and checks.
• Monitor performance of FSQA staff and provide assessments to supervision.
• Ensure checks on hand/foot dips and other hygiene steps are completed timely.
• Conduct standardized tests to verify product and material compliance with standards.
• Review purchased products and advise on vendor quality.
• Document data from QA activities in HACCP-compliant records.
• Record test data such as weights, temperatures, moisture, and inspection results.
