Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Food Safety Quality Assurance Lead (FSQA) to oversee the FSQA staff on the production line and ensure QA across processes and products. The role involves documenting data, conducting standardized tests, and coordinating with QA management to drive improvements.

Qualified candidates have a minimum of 2 years in FSQA and a HS Diploma or equivalent; HACCP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food Safety Quality Assurance.
• HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist FSQA technicians with operational reports and required paperwork.
• Monitor performance of FSQA technicians and provide assessments to FSQA supervisor.
• Conduct standardized tests on products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document QA data per HACCP standards and company procedures.
