Buck & Rider is seeking a line cook to join our seafood-focused eatery and oyster bar in Phoenix. You will contribute to high-quality dishes in a fast-paced, refined setting, with a youthful team and dynamic growth across three locations.

Responsibilities include cooking seafood and steak to spec, maintaining clean stations, and ensuring food safety. The role supports a culture of teamwork and offers strong earning potential with tips.

Competenze

• Experience as line cook or similar in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiar with seafood and steak preparation.
• Ability to read recipes and adapt on the fly.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have or obtain a valid Food Handlers card.
• Flexible weekend/evening/holiday availability.

• Prepare and cook seafood, steak, sushi, and vegetable dishes according to recipe and standards.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and station organization at all times.
