Qualifications

• Prior experience as a line cook or grill cook in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood, steak, sushi, and vegetables according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and station organization at all times.
• Execute dishes with precision, speed and consistency.
• Read and adapt orders accurately including modifications.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams in high-volume shifts.
• Work on your feet for long periods.
