Buck & Rider is seeking a Saute Cook to join our acclaimed seafood eatery and oyster bar in the Phoenix area. You will join a fast-paced, refined kitchen focused on high-quality dishes and a strong team culture.

As a Saute Cook, you will prepare seafood, steak, sushi, and vegetables, maintain cleanliness, and ensure consistent taste and presentation while reading orders and adapting as needed. Flexibility for weekends/evenings is required.

Qualifications

• Experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Familiarity with seafood and steak preparation is valued.
• Commitment to food safety and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook seafood, steak, sushi, and vegetables per recipe and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and station organization at all times.
• Execute dishes with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

• Uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines.
