Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• At least 1 year of service experience.
• Some wine/cocktail knowledge.
• High school graduate or some college.
• Current CA Food Handler’s Card required.
• Ability to communicate in English with guests, management and coworkers.
• Basic math calculations.
• Knowledge of service standards.

Responsibilities

• Open and complete opening duties as assigned.
• Take and input guests' food and beverage orders; use suggestive selling.
• Input orders into the POS system.
• Open wine/champagne bottles for guests at table.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service and maintain station cleanliness.
• Acknowledge guests and respond promptly to needs.
• Process payments and assist with tips reporting.
• Complete closing duties as assigned.
