Job summary

King's Fish House is hiring Servers to guide guests through an elevated dining experience featuring seasonal dishes, regional favorites, and craft cocktails. We provide up-front training to ensure you become an ambassador of seafood, oysters, steak, wine, and beer, with a strong emphasis on service standards and a culture that rewards growth.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving courses, maintaining cleanliness, handling payments, and assisting with team-wide tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year service experience.
• Some wine/cocktail knowledge.
• Ability to communicate verbal and written English with Guests, management and co-workers.
• High school graduate, some college.

Responsibilities

• Take Guests' food and beverage orders, utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
• Input orders into point-of-sale system.
• Serve all food courses and non-alcoholic beverage items to Guests.
• Acknowledge all guests and respond promptly to guests’ needs.
• Collect and process payments in accordance to restaurant standards.
• Complete opening/closing duties and maintain station cleanliness.
