Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Meat/Seafood department functions.
• Support day-to-day Meat/Seafood operations.
• Develop and implement a department business plan.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Monitor inventory and adjust stocking as needed.
• Train associates on performance and safety procedures.
• Ensure proper food safety regulations and temperature logs.
• Schedule daily, weekly and monthly price changes.
