• Respond to customer requests and special orders with friendly service.
• Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for clerks.
• Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing per guidelines.
• Prepare seafood items: cutting, weighing, wrapping, labeling, stocking.
• Maintain clean, organized cases, prep areas, and equipment.
• Monitor product freshness and remove unsellable items.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments.
• Log temperature checks for coolers and freezers.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
