• Coordinate training, scheduling, and task assignment for seafood clerks
• Execute merchandising programs, displays, and pricing per guidelines
• Prepare seafood items including cutting, weighing, wrapping, labeling, and stocking displays
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
• Monitor product freshness and remove unsellable items
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, and receiving shipments to maintain in-stock conditions
• Track temperature checks for coolers and freezers
• Maintain department signage and communications
• Ensure compliance with policies, food safety standards, and operational standards
