Responsibilities

• Direct, support and supervise all functions for the Seafood department.
• Cut seafood to customers’ requests and provide fresh/frozen products as ordered.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Develop and implement a department business plan with store management.
• Educate staff about promotions and plan inventory and pricing changes.
• Monitor compliance with food safety regulations and labeling requirements.
• Schedule staffing to handle customer volume and maintain budgets.
• Maintain OSHA/safety practices and report any incidents promptly.
