Job summary

• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws and company guidelines.
• Create an environment where customers feel welcome and informed about products.
• Cut seafood to customers’ requests using proper equipment and provide requested products.
• Prepare foods according to temperature logs and cooking instructions.
• Assist in creating and implementing a department business plan.
• Educate staff about promotions and seasonal events.
• Monitor department expenses and assist with budget and P&L reviews.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags and signs.
• Maintain compliance with labeling regulations and inventory processes.
• Follow food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Report safety risks and incidents promptly.
• Work cooperatively in high-paced environments and handle conflicts constructively.
• Support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults when needed.
