Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a management role required.
• College level degree preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents.
• Ability to solve practical problems and adapt to variables.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Windows Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operating budgets for the following year for GM approval.
• Plan resources (manpower, equipment) efficiently.
• Comply with SOPs and company policies.
• Ensure service levels are achieved and relationships with customers and authorities are maintained.
• Lead supervisors and ramp staff; foster a safe work environment.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain transaction records; enforce policies.
• Oversee safety, security, and emergency plans; adapt to changing needs.
