Job summary

The Wilkinson Firm (TWF) in Savannah, Georgia, seeks a Sales Development Representative to lead their outbound sales efforts in the Hospitality Staffing division. As the first SDR, you'll have the chance to build the outbound strategy and potentially become a partner in this growing division.

You'll run personalized outreach campaigns, qualify leads, and help shape the sales process. Strong candidates will have experience in B2B sales, a self-directed approach, and will thrive in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years in B2B outbound sales, preferably in services or hospitality staffing.
• Startup or early-stage environment experience.
• Comfortable being employee-level-1 on a function.

Responsibilities

• Build the outbound playbook for hospitality property accounts.
• Run 40-60 personally-signed cold emails per day.
• Qualify replies and book Discovery Calls.
