Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply seeks a driven Sales Development Representative to grow our Northeast presence. You will receive professional sales training, mentorship from Account Executives, and the chance to earn uncapped commissions while developing skills to become a top salesperson.

No prior sales experience is required; if you are coachable, outgoing, and enjoy talking with people, we will teach you the rest and help you build a real career with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Self-motivated, coachable and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel locally and drive with a valid license.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and local outreach.
• Connect with owners and decision-makers to understand challenges.
• Present solutions and manage sales process through to signed agreements.
• Collaborate with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities.
• Maintain accurate data and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce.
