Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply is hiring a Sales Development Representative to build relationships with local business owners and convert opportunities into revenue. You will receive Sandler sales training, mentorship from experienced Account Executives, and the chance to grow into Account Executive or sales leadership roles.

Expect to develop skills through hands-on experience, manage the sales cycle from outreach to closing, and travel locally as part of prospecting and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0-3 years of professional experience.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and local business outreach.
• Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
• Identify opportunities where Dempsey can improve a customer's image, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Present Dempsey's uniform and linen rental solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Manage the sales process from initial conversation through signed agreement for designated accounts.
• Partner with senior Account Executives on larger opportunities while learning from experienced professionals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity within Salesforce.
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects.
• Achieve monthly activity, meeting, and revenue goals while continually developing your skills.
