Job summary

Resi Media, LLC, a Pushpay company, is seeking a Manager, Sales Development Representative to lead SDRs in driving leads and building pipelines. The role is hybrid in Allen, TX, with in-office requirements three days per week.

Compensation includes a base range and a $20k variable component, reflecting a total target of $110k–$130k. You will coach, hire, and develop talent while aligning messaging with ICP and sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience as an SDR leader or in a related management role.
• Strong coaching and performance management skills.
• Experience with GTM AI enablement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDR team performance against KPIs and quotas.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure targets are met.
• Hire, train and coach team members to develop outbound prospecting.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership to improve outreach.
• Forecast attainment weekly, monthly, quarterly.
