Ubiquity Retirement + Savings in New York City is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team. You will handle outbound prospecting and inbound leads, qualify opportunities, and book meetings to set up Senior Retirement Plan Consultants for success.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retirement or financial services industry preferred.
• Hybrid work setup: 2 days in-office in NYC, rest remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to generate net-new pipeline.
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects against the ICP.
• Book discovery meetings and hand off qualified opportunities to Senior Retirement Plan Consultants.
• Maintain accurate activity, pipeline, and contact records in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and improve conversion.
• Represent Ubiquity's mission and brand with professionalism in every prospect interaction.
