Broccoli AI is hiring an SDR in Lehi, Utah to drive pipeline growth for our AI-powered home services platform. You will prospect and qualify leads, book demos for Account Executives, and build relationships with contractors nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years in sales, strong communication, and a competitive, coachable mindset. SaaS/startup experience is a plus; flexible remote work is offered.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or business development.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and email.

• Comfortable with high activity levels and cold outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new opportunities through calls, email, text, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify strong fit opportunities.
• Book demos and meetings for Account Executives.
• Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and conversion rates.
