Job summary

Broccoli is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Lehi, Utah. This full-time role focuses on building pipeline by outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting demos for Account Executives in a fast-growing AI-powered home services platform.

You'll collaborate with marketing and sales, learn the home services industry, and contribute to Broccoli’s growth while enjoying flexible remote options and a supportive startup environment.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in sales or customer-facing roles.
• Strong phone communication abilities.
• Coachable and quick to learn.
• Experience with SaaS or startups is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business via outbound calls, email, text, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify fit opportunities.
• Book demos and meetings for Account Executives.
• Research accounts and personalize outreach messaging.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve messaging.
• Learn the home services industry and Broccoli’s AI platform.
