Job summary

Broccoli is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to onboard, develop, and provide ongoing education to our SDRs. You will partner with the Sales Enablement Lead to build systems, content, and coaching infrastructure that makes outbound performance repeatable and scalable.

The role is hands-on, delivering the SDR onboarding program, daily coaching, live trainings, and ongoing skill development to drive revenue from our Lehi, Utah office.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Proven track record of a top performing SDR.
• Thrives in a fast paced scaling environment.
• Strong understanding of Outbound and Inbound sales motions.
• Collaborative and creative mindset.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong ability to prioritize work and minimize distraction.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding program for SDR new hires.
• Daily coaching and skill development for the SDR org post onboarding.
• Frequent structured call reviews and live ongoing trainings with the SDR org.
• Identify and partner with SDR leadership to close performance gaps.
• Conduct call reviews with the full team and in individual sessions.
• Holding reps accountable for skill benchmarks established during onboarding.
