Job summary

University of Minnesota, Duluth seeks a Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) to support the Water Resources Science Graduate Program and Swenson College-wide graduate initiatives. The role focuses on administrative coordination, budgeting, and process improvements across campuses, under the Swenson Graduate Division Director.

The position involves managing applications, degree progress, fellowship nominations, and collaboration with departments to ensure timely degree completion and policy

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, or a combination of education and relevant work experience to equal at least four years.

Responsibilities

• Support WRS and SCSE graduate programs, collaborating with DGSs, faculty and graduate students.
• Manage graduate program faculty membership, voting processes, reviews, appointments, and curriculum/policy updates.
• Coordinate program course scheduling with DGS and department heads.
• Provide administrative support for faculty committees and meetings, including agendas and minutes.
