Job summary

Colorado State University is seeking a Program Manager for the CMB program to oversee admissions, recruitment, data management, and budget administration for ~50 graduate students across campus. The role supports the Director of CMB and collaborates with campus partners.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 3 years in educational management, strong organizational skills, and experience in budgeting and program development. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years’ experience in educational management.
• Experience with budget and/or program administration including day-to-day project decisions, business administration, marketing, recruitment, and ongoing program development.
• Demonstrate organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to and experience in supporting diverse student populations.

Responsibilities

• Make budget recommendations, decisions, and administer grants for the program.
• Facilitate recruitment and retention of students through collaboration with student groups and associations.
• Create and oversee systems for tracking student progress and data management.
• Determine, design, and utilize assessment tools for evaluating educational and program components.
• Use findings to implement formative changes and provide summative evaluations.
• Work with assessment entities to create reports for NIH funded training grants.
• Train and manage student employees.
• All other duties as assigned.
