Job summary

The position oversees recruitment, digital outreach, budgeting, events, and program operations, while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in higher education.
• Commitment to student success as part of an equitable and diverse community.
• Working knowledge of enrollment management and admissions best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills in writing, editing, public speaking, and customer service.
• Strong analytical, financial, and documentation skills; experience using data to understand historical trends to drive and support decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment management, admissions and merit aid administration.
• Coordinate marketing and communications, website management, social media, and public relations initiatives.
• Assist with recruitment strategies and yield efforts to support enrollment goals.
• Coordinate course scheduling and registration processes; assist with program assessment and reporting.
