NTT DATA North America in the San Francisco Bay Area is seeking a Scrum Master and Preproduction Support Engineer in a hybrid role. You will drive release management across the SDLC, coordinate Jira and ServiceNow workflows, and lead delivery teams across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience with Agile practices and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• 5+ years of experience with human centered design principles.
• 5+ years of strong risk management leadership skills.
• 5+ years of strong dependency management skills.
• 5+ years of ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
• 5+ years of ability to influence organizational change in a dynamic environment.
• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Digital releases through SDLC phases, including testing and implementation coordination.
• Maintain release artifacts in Jira and ServiceNow and coordinate across teams.
• Serve as Scrum Master and project manager for release work streams.
• Support preproduction environments, coordinating development, DBA, and partners.
• Coordinate testing tasks such as switch enablement and debugging.
• Provide incident support through Jira Service Desk.
