Job summary

VantageScore® is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master / Project Manager to join our Data & Tech team in South San Francisco, a hybrid role with three days onsite weekly.

You will facilitate ceremonies, manage timelines and risk, backlogs, and cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering, delivering high-quality work.

The role requires 5+ years in Scrum/PM roles, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Manager roles.
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and applying Scrum/Kanban/hybrid Agile.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Own end-to-end project planning, timeline management, and risk tracking across initiatives.
• Promote Agile values, self-organization, and continuous improvement with product teams.
• Identify and remove blockers to protect velocity and delivery.
• Maintain and refine product backlog with product owners and stakeholders.
• Track sprint/project metrics to provide visibility and insights.
• Coordinate dependencies across teams and communicate with stakeholders.
