Jobtailor in Arlington, TX seeks an experienced Scrum Master to coach multiple teams, promote Agile values, and remove impediments to deliver business value.

You will facilitate ceremonies, support the Product Owner, and foster self-organizing teams while applying SAFe practices and AI-enabled tooling.

Ability to evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
Experience integrating AI into workflows.
Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection.
