- Guide and coach Scrum Teams on Agile values, principles, and the Scrum Framework
- Protect development teams from outside influences and remove impediments
- Build a trusting and safe environment focused on problem-solving
- Facilitate work completion without coercion, assignment, or dictation
- Assist with internal and external communication, transparency, and information sharing
- Support and educate the Product Owner on refining and ordering the product backlog
- Ensure the product backlog is visible and prioritized toward business value

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, across multiple teams/products

- Experience integrating AI into workflows
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, ethics, and data protection
- 2–4 years of experience as a Scrum Master
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM or PSM) or PMI-ACP
- Bachelor’s degree or additional equivalent work or military experience preferred
