Responsibilities
Operate as a Servant Leader and facilitator for 2‑3 Agile teams, ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum and Kanban principles.
Be a strong negotiator with excellent logic and problem‑solving skills and a drive to make a difference.
Put the team before yourself.
Enforce the rules of Scrum, remove impediments, promote self‑management, and consistently drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Serve as a liaison between technical and non‑technical departments.
Communicate with other management, developers, product owners, and technical support specialists on product issues.
Development
Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand‑up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos, and other Scrum‑related meetings.
Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress.
Maintain process documentation.
Ensure team members practice core agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
Application Support
Assist as needed with backlog maintenance and reviewing the quality of user stories.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
Assist with prioritization and resolution of defects/bugs.
Management
Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team working agreements, standards, and tools.
