Job description

As a Scrum Master, you will be a key driver of agile transformation and delivery success across client projects. You'll support Client Delivery Teams, Product Owners, and Business Agility Enablement teams to embed Agile practices, foster a mindset of continuous learning, and facilitate value-driven product delivery. This role requires strong coaching, facilitation, and change management skills with a focus on helping teams deliver outcomes over outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide and coach teams on Agile/Scrum practices to improve delivery and team performance
• Assess team culture, processes, and systems to design agile adoption strategies
• Represent the team in client interactions, setting expectations and delivering value
• Collaborate with client leadership to influence and advance agile maturity
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for account expansion in collaboration with leadership
• Lead agile ceremonies and promote Agile/Scrum/SAFe best practices across delivery teams
• Design and maintain metrics, dashboards, and tools that measure agile performance
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across UX, Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture
• Provide training and coaching on Agile concepts and execution methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
• Support agile roadmapping and backlog grooming with clients
• Advocate for team accomplishments and share key learnings across the organization
• Conduct Agile behavioral interviews and mentor junior team members
• Manage team conflicts and foster psychologically safe team environments
• Execute Agile, Scrum, and Kanban training; contribute to internal training content and process updates
• Track iteration metrics (e.g., burn down/up charts) and help teams focus on outcomes
• Understand and articulate business goals in customer-centric terms to drive delivery

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in agile software development as a Project or Delivery Manager
• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Team Facilitator
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Agile ALM tools such as Jira, Rally, ADO, Planview, VersionOne, etc.
• 5+ years of experience applying agile fundamentals (lean-agile values, principles, practices)

Preferred Skills/Certifications

• Scrum Master certifications: ICP-ATF, PSM, CSM
• SAFe certification: SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM 6+)
• Strong facilitation and mentoring skills
• Experience with agile coaching and agile delivery in distributed or enterprise environments
• Familiarity with software development, UX, and product management best practices
• Excellent time management, organization, and stakeholders communication skills
• Experience developing agile dashboards and insights
