Suvi, an Akima company, is seeking a Scrum Master / IT Project Manager to guide Agile/Scrum execution for ServiceNow initiatives within the Office of Inspector General. The role blends traditional project management with Scrum leadership to deliver government priorities on complex IT programs.
The ideal candidate holds an Active Secret clearance, IAT Level II, a Scrum Master certification, a Bachelor's degree, and 6+ years in Agile delivery; 2+ years on ServiceNow projects retiring legacy tools.
The Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), provides enterprise IT services supporting approximately 2,000 end users across more than 60 global locations. OCIO delivers and sustains critical IT capabilities essential to the OIG mission, including database services, application support, IT asset management, mobile device management, domain services, networking operations, and service desk support.
The Scrum Master / IT Project Manager is responsible for guiding Agile/Scrum execution and the planning, coordination, execution, monitoring, and delivery of complex IT and ServiceNow projects and major technical workstreams. This role facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages sprint commitments, removes impediments, and supports continuous improvement across delivery teams. The position combines traditional project management disciplines with Agile/Scrum delivery leadership to ensure Government priorities are successfully delivered.
This opportunity may offer hybrid and/or remote flexibility, providing options to work onsite, remotely, or a combination of both based on business and team requirements.
