Suvi, an Akima company, is hiring a Quality Assurance Lead/Tester to provide testing and QA support for ServiceNow platform enhancements, integrations, and releases across multiple environments. The role enforces government-grade requirements, platform standards, and reliable performance.
The position requires an Active Secret clearance, IAT Level II certification, and 6+ years of QA experience, including testing ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
The Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), provides comprehensive IT services supporting approximately 2,000 users across more than 60 global locations. OCIO sustains critical enterprise IT capabilities—including application services, mobile device management, IT asset management, domain services, network transport, and service desk operations—to support the OIG mission.
The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead/Tester provides comprehensive testing and quality assurance support for ServiceNow platform enhancements, custom development, integrations, releases, and solution‑delivery activities. This role ensures that deployed functionality meets Government requirements, aligns with platform standards, and maintains reliability, accuracy, and performance across all ServiceNow environments.
This opportunity may offer hybrid and/or remote flexibility, providing options to work onsite, remotely, or a combination of both based on business and team requirements.
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding. Applicants selected may be offered but cannot begin work until funding has been confirmed.
