Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Scrum Master in the Boston area to enable cross-functional delivery squads to produce customer and business value with quality and resilience. The role emphasizes agile coaching, facilitation, and strong collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.

You will drive effective ceremonies, remove impediments, and ensure visibility into progress, risks and dependencies through metrics and dashboards. A strong track record in agile delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent agile delivery qualification.
• Experience coaching agile practices across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams in agile principles and ownership.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, plan capacity and release calendars.
• Mentor product owners and stakeholders in agile practices and problem-solving.
• Use delivery metrics to improve flow and predictability and provide dashboards.
