Job summary

3Pillar is seeking an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master to guide cross-functional teams in agile delivery. You will facilitate ceremonies, remove blockers, and help teams continuously improve while communicating progress and risks to stakeholders.

Strong coaching skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences are essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in fast-paced environments, delivering

• Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, review, and retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams meet delivery commitments; ensure Scrum adherence.

Responsibilities

• Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
• Facilitation & Coaching: Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams toward collaborative and effective interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members.
• Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
• Tooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders
