Job summary

3Pillar Global in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Agile Scrum Master to drive delivery across teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach engineers, and ensure high-quality, on-time product delivery in a fast-paced AI-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes agile discipline, clear stakeholder communication, and practical use of Jira/Confluence to track progress and KPIs. A Bachelor's in a related field and relevant CSP/PMI-ACP/A-CSM certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, Project Management) or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications such as CSP, PMI-ACP, or A-CSM are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
  • Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
  • Identify and troubleshoot obstacles hindering progress.
  • Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
  • Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
  • Ensure the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.

Responsibilities
  • Agile Expertise: Deep understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with practical knowledge of agile frameworks and techniques, and a deep understanding of technical concepts and industry trends.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Proficiency in facilitating agile events and coaching teams toward collaborative and effective interactions; exhibits leadership qualities by guiding and mentoring junior team members.
  • Analytical & Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within an agile context, paired with excellent verbal, written, and presentation abilities that simplify complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Tooling: Experience with agile planning and development tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Stakeholder & Conflict Management: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, build strong collaborative relationships, and skillfully resolve conflicts within teams and with stakeholders.
