Job summary

3Pillar Global, Inc. is seeking a Contractor Scrum Master to facilitate agile processes across cross-functional software teams. You will drive continuous improvement, ensure transparency, and coach on enterprise standards related to IT, security, quality, and architecture.

You will work with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, promote best practices, and participate in Scrum of Scrums to coordinate across teams.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks.
• Experience facilitating agile events and coaching teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for planning and tracking.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts within teams.

Responsibilities

• Organize and lead agile events (daily scrum, sprint reviews, retrospectives).
• Identify and resolve impediments to team progress.
