ManpowerGroup is seeking a Clinical Informatics - 5142 to join the Virtual Care team in a remote capacity. You will serve as a Scrum Master for three analyst-based teams, ensuring Scrum ceremonies are followed and guiding Agile practices across domains.

You will help translate business requirements into quality outcomes, coach teams through varying Agile maturity, and drive backlog prioritization with domain leadership for cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in hybrid or non-traditional environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Google Workspace for managing work and collaboration.
• Ability to lead Agile teams, enforce Scrum, and promote shared accountability.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with problem-solving ability.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and priorities in a large organization with waterfall elements.

Our client, Clinical Informatics is seeking a Clinical Informatics - 5142 to join their team.

As a Clinical Informatics - 5142, you will be part of the Virtual Care organization supporting three analyst-based teams.

The ideal candidate will have servant leadership, strong facilitation skills, and the ability to drive accountability across multiple domains, which will align successfully in the organization.

Serve as a Scrum Master for three analyst-based teams under the virtual care umbrella, ensuring Scrum principles and ceremonies are consistently followed.

Facilitate Agile execution by running daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives while coaching teams with varying levels of Agile maturity.

Translate business requirements into quality outcomes by working closely with customers, business analysts, and team members in a non-traditional (non-developer) environment.

Manage sprint velocity-related metrics and drive continuous improvement, including proactively addressing productivity issues and “invisible work.”

Collaborate with three domain owners to align priorities, manage cross-team dependencies, and own the creation and prioritization of the digital product backlog in partnership with domain leadership.

What's Needed? 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably supporting hybrid or non-traditional development environments. Strong working knowledge of Jira (critical for validating work and advancing stories) and Google Workspace. Proven ability to lead Agile teams, enforce Scrum best practices, and promote joint accountability for results. Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with multiple teams and managing competing priorities in a large organization where some external processes may still follow waterfall methodologies.
