Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Clinical Informatics - 5142 to join the Virtual Care team in a remote capacity. You will serve as a Scrum Master for three analyst-based teams, ensuring Scrum ceremonies are followed and guiding Agile practices across domains.

You will help translate business requirements into quality outcomes, coach teams through varying Agile maturity, and drive backlog prioritization with domain leadership for cross-team alignment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in hybrid or non-traditional environments.
• Strong knowledge of Jira and Google Workspace for managing work and collaboration.
• Ability to lead Agile teams, enforce Scrum, and promote shared accountability.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills with problem-solving ability.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams and priorities in a large organization with waterfall elements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Master for three analyst-based teams under the virtual care umbrella.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams and drive continuous improvement and productivity.
• Collaborate with domain owners to align priorities and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Prioritize the digital product backlog in partnership with domain leadership.
