Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join a delivery organization supporting Agile teams focused on Network AI and Agentic Transformation. The role is located in Chandler, AZ, hybrid (3 days onsite per week).

The position offers an hourly pay range of $68–$73 and involves facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and maintaining delivery visibility to ensure predictable value delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for technology programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate flow across deliverables, epics, and stories.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills for ceremonies and visibility.

Responsibilities

• Optimize the flow of work and value delivered by one or more Agile teams.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments, escalate blockers as needed.
• Maintain visibility into delivery plans, progress, blockers, and risks for stakeholders.
• Support transformation by keeping backlogs healthy and aligning work to priorities.

Our client, an industry leader in technology transformation, is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the delivery organization supporting Agile teams focused on Network AI and Agentic Transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation and coaching skills, a disciplined approach to backlog health and delivery flow, and the drive to remove impediments quickly so teams can deliver value with confidence.

Job Title: Agile Scrum Master

Location: Chandler, AZ (Local Candidates Only) - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week required)

Pay Range: $68-$73/hr

What's the Job?

• Optimize the flow of work and the value delivered by one or more Agile teams supporting Network AI and Agentic Transformation.
• Coordinate and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery routines as needed).
• Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments—helping ensure blockers are resolved quickly and escalated when necessary.
• Maintain visibility into delivery plans, team progress, blockers, and risks for stakeholders, delivery leads, and transformation leadership.
• Support transformation execution by helping teams maintain healthy backlogs, strengthen delivery discipline, and align work to agreed priorities and outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and dependency management.
• Experience facilitating Agile delivery for technology programs, products, or transformation initiatives with multiple stakeholders and evolving priorities.
• Ability to coordinate the flow of work across deliverables, epics, and stories to support incremental and predictable delivery.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to run effective ceremonies and provide clear visibility into plans, progress, blockers, and delivery risks.
• Experience using delivery metrics to assess team performance and delivery health, and to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
