Experis is actively seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their Agile Delivery organization in Phoenix. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and help scale Agile practices across multiple teams to deliver value efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in Agile, including 2–3 years as a Scrum Master, with strong facilitation, communication, and data-driven reporting using Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Trello.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, retrospectives, release planning workshops.

• Remove impediments and coordinate across teams; escalate blockers as needed.
• Coach Product Owners and teams on backlog refinement and Definition of Ready/Done.
• Track metrics and drive data-driven process improvements.

Our client is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join their team. As a Senior Scrum Master, you will be part of the Agile Delivery organization supporting multiple Agile team(s). The ideal candidate will bring servant‑leadership, strong facilitation, and a continuous‑improvement mindset that will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$50.00 W2

What's the Job?

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives, and release planning workshops.
• Maintain sprint progress visibility using dashboards, burndown charts, velocity tracking, and big visible charts.
• Remove impediments and manage dependencies by identifying blockers, coordinating across teams, and escalating when necessary.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and Product Owners on Agile practices, backlog creation techniques, and maintaining Definition of Ready/Done.
• Track and report progress using team performance metrics (velocity, burn‑down, defect trends) and use data‑driven insights to improve processes.

What's Needed?

• 6 to 8 years of experience in Agile environments, including a minimum of 2 to 3 years as a Scrum Master.
• Demonstrated experience guiding multiple, cross‑functional Agile teams and working in scaled environments.
• Strong proficiency with Scrum theory and Agile frameworks (including Kanban and XP).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, conflict‑resolution, and coaching abilities.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Trello, with proficiency in transparency and reporting dashboards.
