Experis Technology Group is seeking an Agile Scrummaster to join our delivery team in Pennington, NJ (onsite three days) with additional Charlotte, NC work. The role emphasizes servant leadership, facilitation, and continuous improvement to drive clarity, transparency, and momentum across the SDLC.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Agile experience, strong communication, and ability to coordinate with Product, Architecture, PMO, and vendors.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a software development team applying Agile principles.
• Strong servant leadership and facilitation skills with transparency.
• Knowledge of patterns for addressing gaps in Scrum (burn-downs, retrospectives, bugs).
• Excellent communication and mentoring for cross-functional teams.
• AI/Gen AI knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate JAD sessions and drive follow-up with LOB/FL/Architects.
• Coordinate with Product Manager/Owner on requirements and roadmap and partner with Architects on design.
• Lead design reviews with technical and business stakeholders for alignment and decisions.
• Drive PI activities by coordinating breakouts across teams and engaging service providers.
• Plan and drive end-to-end testing and production certification, and lead triage during LLE or post-production.

Our client is seeking an Agile Scrum Master to join their team. As an Agile Scrum Master, you will be part of the delivery organization supporting project teams across the SDLC. The ideal candidate will bring servant leadership, strong facilitation and communication, and a continuous improvement mindset that helps teams deliver with clarity, transparency, and momentum.

Job Title:Agile Scrum Master

Location:Pennington, NJ and Charlotte, NC (Three days onsite; November start)

Pay Range:$75-$78/hr

What's the Job?

• Lead and facilitate JAD sessions as needed by setting context, summarizing outcomes, and driving follow-up next steps with LOB/FL/Architects.
• Coordinate with Business partners (Product Manager/Product Owner) on requirements and the project roadmap, and partner with Architects on solution design.
• Lead design review sessions with both technical and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and actionable decisions.
• Drive PI activities by coordinating breakout sessions across all teams involved, and engage service providers through the appropriate intake forums.
• Plan and drive end-to-end testing and production certification, and lead triage activities during LLE or post-production with relevant stakeholders.

What's Needed?

• At least five (5) years of experience in a software development team applying Agile principles, practices, and theory with diligence.
• Strong servant leadership and facilitation skills, including situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
• Knowledge of well-documented patterns and techniques for addressing intentional gaps in Scrum (e.g., burn-down approaches, retrospective formats, and handling bugs).
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills to support cross‑functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
• AI/Gen AI knowledge is preferred.
