We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAFe principles, a solid understanding of the SDLC, and proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.
The Role
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile & SAFe best practices.
- Partner with RTE, POs, and other Scrum Masters to manage dependencies and support ART-level events.
- Contribute to Pre-PI Planning, PI Planning, Iteration Planning, and Inspect & Adapt activities.
- Ensure backlog readiness, sprint execution, and adherence to DoD/DoR.
- Remove impediments, track team progress, and support continuous improvement.
- Promote strong collaboration, communication, and transparency across teams.
Requirements:
- Experienced as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAFe processes and ceremonies.
- Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
- Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.
