  • Translate business needs into clear and comprehensive system specifications, including user story mapping, DB field level mapping, API Mapping, process flows, data models, and interface specifications, ensuring alignment with the architectural runway and non-functional requirements.
  • Actively participate in backlog refinement sessions, ensuring user stories are well-understood, prioritized, and ready for sprint planning.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration within and across ARTs. Effectively communicate complex information to both business and technical stakeholders, including during SAFe ceremonies.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to ensure implemented solutions meet the defined acceptance criteria and business value. Participate in system and solution testing as needed.
  • Provide ongoing support throughout the Program Increment (PI) and sprint cycles, addressing queries, clarifying requirements, and contributing to the successful delivery of product.
  • Mentor and guide other Business Analysts within the team on Commercial Lending domain knowledge and SAFe practices.
Requirements
