Job summary

Synechron Inc. in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.

You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, partner with RTEs and Product Owners, and drive PI planning, backlog readiness, and continuous improvement.

The base salary ranges from $105k to $115k per year, plus benefits, with opportunities to collaborate on cutting-edge projects for tier-one banks and tech firms.

Qualifications

  • Experienced as a Scrum Master in Scaled Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe processes and ceremonies.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and software delivery practices.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
  • Certified SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required.

Responsibilities

Our challenge

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of SAFe principles, solid understanding of the SDLC, and proven experience partnering with RTEs, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and predictable delivery.

Additional Information

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Pittsburgh, PA is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities
