Job summary

Incedo Inc. is seeking an experienced Scrum Master plus Business Analyst to support Agile delivery for a Wealth Management/Financial Services client.

The role blends Scrum Master duties with hands-on business analysis to drive successful delivery with product owners and stakeholders. You will lead ceremonies, translate business needs into clear requirements, and collaborate across engineering, QA, arch, and product teams to ensure timely value delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery roles
• Hands-on Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
• Strong experience writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, BRDs/FRDs, and functional requirements
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile/ALM tools

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement
• Serve as a Scrum Master by removing impediments, tracking delivery progress, and ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear business and functional requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, requirements documentation, and functional specifications
• Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and product teams throughout the SDLC
• Manage and prioritize the product/sprint backlog in collaboration with Product Owners
• Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions, workshops, stakeholder discussions, and solution walkthroughs
• Track sprint metrics, velocity, dependencies, risks, and issues, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Identify delivery risks and dependencies and proactively drive their resolution
• Ensure business requirements are clearly understood and validated before development
• Support UAT, defect triage, release planning, and production implementation activities
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery
• Promote continuous improvement and help teams adopt Agile best practices

About the Role

The ideal candidate will combine strong Scrum Master capabilities with hands‑on Business Analysis experience, working closely with product owners, business stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to drive successful delivery.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, Architecture, and Business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Wealth Management, Asset Management, Brokerage, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Knowledge of investment products, portfolio management, trading, advisory, brokerage, or wealth management platforms.
• CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certification.
• Experience working in large enterprise Agile environments.
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and modern application architectures is a plus.
