We are seeking a versatile Business Analyst / Scrum Master to support the delivery of strategic technology and business initiatives. This role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping to define requirements, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
