Position Summary

As part of a forward-thinking innovation team, the Scrum Master / Business Analyst plays a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives. This position supports both Agile delivery and business analysis efforts, acting as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business needs are effectively translated into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing requirements and processes within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Develop user stories, define acceptance criteria, and assist with backlog prioritization
  • Track and manage requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations (e.g., Power BI)
  • Produce documentation including user stories, use cases, and process flows
  • Coordinate the creation and maintenance of product and system documentation
  • Maintain team knowledge repositories and workflows
  • Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses for enhancements and change requests
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support implementation efforts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or related roles
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and DevOps platforms
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize enterprise systems and applications
  • Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
  • Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, consulting, finance)
