Job summary

LTIMindtree in Danbury, CT seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile projects, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments to ensure delivery of business value. You will coach teams on Scrum practices, track metrics, and partner with Product Owners to align scope with strategic goals.

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects using Agile and Scrum.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments to maintain team productivity and performance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define scope and prioritize backlog.
• Drive customer-centric delivery focused on measurable business value.
• Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; provide status updates.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practices across teams.
• Mentor Agile teams and support Scrum Masters to improve maturity.

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
