LTIMindtree is seeking a senior Salesforce-focused professional with a decade of hands-on experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. The role requires deep product knowledge, API design proficiency, and strong consulting delivery skills to drive complex enterprise engagements.

Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on Salesforce experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce.
• Deep expertise in at least 2 of Salesforce products or integration design and API/middleware/ETL patterns.
• Proficiency with SQL and data modeling; comfortable with APIs and API-first architecture.

Responsibilities

• Minimum 5 years in a consulting or SI delivery role, leading engagements with enterprise clients.
• Ability to frame technical problems in business terms and quantify impact (revenue, cost, ROI).
• Lead or co-own engagements with 1M+ contract values and teams of 3+ people; manage stakeholder expectations.

Handson experience with Data Cloud architecture Agentforce design or AInative solution patterns LLMs prompt engineering RAG

Discovery and architecture work with Fortune 500 or highly regulated clients financial services healthcare public sector

Salesforce certification Platform Developer I Solutions Architect or relevant cloud certification

History of mentoring junior engineers supporting presales efforts or supporting business development in closing deals

Experience managing engagement PL tracking delivery margin or making scopetimeline tradeoffs to protect profitability

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
