Job summary

LTIMindtree is hiring in Cincinnati, OH for a senior technical leadership role. You will lead a team of fullstack engineers, shape architecture, and drive standards across Angular and Java Spring Boot ecosystems. Expect on-site work from Day 1 with a focus on scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with UX/UI and cloud teams, and guide DevOps, CI/CD, testing, and governance to deliver reliable software at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Angular latest enterprise versions.
• Proven Java, Spring Boot, and cloud experience.
• Extensive microservices and API development background.
• Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and security best practices.
• Experience with distributed systems, design patterns, and DevOps.
• Knowledge of containerization, CI/CD and observability tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across fullstack and backend streams.
